All sales made through MSA Ventures LLC are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any products or services purchased through our website, with the exception of The Lightning Course as detailed below. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

2. The Lightning Course Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases of The Lightning Course only. This guarantee allows for a refund within the first 30 days following the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must submit your request for a refund via email to [email protected]
  • Your refund request must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • You must include your order number and the email address used to make your purchase in your refund request.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your refund request for The Lightning Course, we will examine it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated promptly.

4. Exceptions

The above refund policy applies only to The Lightning Course purchased through MSA Ventures LLC’s website. All other courses and tools offered by MSA Ventures LLC are non-refundable.
